Your Guest House in Normandy
With a surface area of 90 m² and a capacity of 4 people, La Lagune is a unique house overlooking a small private pond. Located at the lower end of the property, next to the Animal Farm, this house is secluded from the other accommodations but very close to the spa, making it perfect for a truly private holiday.
This single-story house comprises a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (convection oven, microwave, and cooktop) opening onto a dining area. A spacious living room with a TV area and fireplace offers delightful moments of relaxation. The fireplace is operational from All Saints’ Day to Easter. For your convenience, a washing machine and dishwasher are available.
La Lagune has two bedrooms. The first has an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, while the second, accessible by a few steps, has a shower room with a walk-in shower. This room features a double bed or two single beds (your choice) as well as a wooden crib.
This house also offers a large, private, south-facing terrace of 50 m² with garden furniture, overlooking a lovely private pond where you can enjoy watching our ducks.
Access to the swimming pool and spa (9:30 am – 8:00 pm) is included with every booking of this accommodation.
Breakfast is available for an additional fee of €20 per adult and €15 per child under 12.
