If you are looking for a peaceful place, the Pays d’Auge Gardens are perfect. As cut off from the world and in connection with nature, explore more than 4 hectares of garden. Here, half-timbered architecture and plants form a perfect harmony thanks to the landscape architect Chantal LEJARD-GASSON. Classified as a “remarkable garden” since August 2006, the places showcase different themes around plants. A romantic place to walk with your partner.

DDAY Beaches
At the heart of the Normandy landing beaches, the American cemetery of Colleville sur Mer overlooks Omaha Beach. A must-see during your visit to the beaches of Normandy, it brings together the graves of 9,387 fallen soldiers, the chapel, the memorial and the garden of the disappeared

Stretching from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont to Quinéville, this sector was chosen by the allies in order to be able to quickly seize the port of Cherbourg.
This sector, located in the center of the landing zone, was devolved to the 50th Northumbrian division of General Graham. In Arromanches, a large artificial port is born.
