Every stone at La Ferme de L’Oudon & Spa tells a story. Originally built in the 18th century as a cider farm, this authentic Norman property was passed down through generations before beginning a new chapter in 2005, when an ambitious restoration project was undertaken to preserve its character and heritage.
In 2010, the first guest room opened its doors, marking the beginning of a family-run hospitality adventure. In 2015, the estate continued to evolve with the creation of the spa, its heated indoor pool, and its distinctive waterside houses, offering guests an even more unique way to experience the Normandy countryside.
Today, La Ferme de L’Oudon & Spa offers just nine private accommodations, where the charm of Normandy’s heritage meets modern comfort and well-being. As a private, family-run estate, we favour personal hospitality over a traditional 24-hour hotel reception. We are based on the estate and remain available throughout your stay whenever you need assistance, local recommendations or any of the services you have booked, from breakfast and Table d’Hôtes dining to wellness massages.
