The sale of services on the Internet is concluded between La Ferme de l’Oudon and an end buyer within the framework of a distance selling system. The resale of products purchased on the website is strictly prohibited.

Acceptance and confirmation of the order are carried out by entering data on successive screen pages. Orders are confirmed by e-mail with indication of the identity and references of LA FERME DE l’OUDON with its address, e-mail. The confirmation e-mail includes the essential characteristic of the purchase, the price including tax.

Article 4: Sales:

Our products are offered within the limits of our availability and during the opening of the establishment. Certain products and/or services may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Article 5: IMPORTANT: opening/closing of the establishment, availability and reservation of the services offered at the Oudon farm

• All requests for reservations, offers, wellness treatments and table d’hôtes are subject to availability and opening days of the establishment
• La Ferme de l’Oudon reserves the right to close the establishment and/or the spa without notice for leave or maintenance
• Reservation requests for the table d’hôte must be made at least 24 hours in advance, after this time we will not be able to take any reservations
• The table d’hôtes and access to the SPA are reserved only for customers of the Oudon farm

La Ferme de L’Oudon does not have a Restaurant but offers a Table d’Hôte service. Unlike traditional catering, we do not offer an à la Carte menu but a unique menu, the composition of which depends on the seasons and the inspiration of the Chef. We will not be able to change the menu according to the tastes of our guests.

• La Ferme de l’Oudon reserves the right to impose a minimum number of nights and/or services imposed for any booking over the following periods: school holidays in any area, weekends (Friday nights and Saturday evenings), long weekends and holidays.
• La ferme de l’Oudon has a Catering License which authorizes it to serve alcohol to its guests during meals and to offer take-away sales of alcoholic beverages.
• Payment for well-being treatments is made separately from other benefits in cash or credit card only (ANCVs are not accepted for payment for treatments)

Article 6: Registration of reservations – means of payment

We accept visas, mastercards, american express, cash . We do not accept bank checks

We do not ask for payment when booking. All payment is made upon arrival of the customer.

We simply pre-authorize the credit card when booking. In case of refusal of the pre-authorization, the reservation will be immediately canceled without notice.

IMPORTANT: In addition to the price of the stay, we pre-authorize an amount of €150 on arrival for any client with a jaccuzi in their room. In the event that the jaccuzzi is made dirty or damaged, the amount will not be returned when the customer leaves but will be definitively acquired by the oudon farm.

CONDITIONS of reservation and CANCELLATION OF OUR ESTABLISHMENT:

For a reservation with the STANDARD rate or SEASON OFFER:

Reservation of rooms or suites:

You will pay your reservation on arrival. We do not require a deposit, just a credit card number for deposit, which will be verified and pre-authorized to guarantee the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in case of invalid bank details. For a cancellation 5 days or more before your arrival, no fee will be charged. For a cancellation 4 days or less before your arrival, your entire reservation will be charged. This rate includes accommodation and breakfasts served in accommodation. It also includes free and unlimited access to the SPA (indoor swimming pool and sauna from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• As part of the cocooning offer, accommodation is included 2 massages of 45 min and breakfasts served in accommodation. It also includes free and unlimited access to the SPA (indoor swimming pool and sauna from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and 1 dinner for 2 people served with a bottle of cider.
• Warning ! as part of this offer, the payment for wellness treatments is made separately from other benefits in cash or credit card only (ANCVs are not accepted for the payment of treatments)

Reservation of houses

You will pay for your stay on arrival. We do not ask for a deposit, just a credit card number for deposit, which will be verified and pre-authorized to guarantee the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in the event of invalid bank details. For a cancellation or modification 7 days or more before your arrival: no fee will be charged. For a cancellation 6 days or less before your arrival: the full amount of your reservation will be charged. IMPORTANT: The tenants of the Guest Houses (only: Le Lavoir, La Lagune, Le Pressoir and the Majorelle Spa) are responsible for returning their accommodation to the state of cleanliness in which it was presented to them. In the event that the accommodation is not returned in a state of cleanliness deemed satisfactory, a last minute cleaning fee of 150 applies. Breakfast is not included with the rental of our houses but is offered in accommodation at the rate of 20€ per adult and 15€ per child under 12 years old.

Article 6: Provision of accommodation and use of premises:

The Ferme de l’Oudon offers rooms or guest houses. You have read a descriptive sheet and the general conditions of sale which you have read and accepted. The stay may in no case exceed the duration initially planned and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the reservation period.
It is specified that personal effects, suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles are not guaranteed against theft, loss or damage, whatever the cause, by the owner. The parties therefore agree that the owners can never be worried about this and that it is up to the tenant to take out any insurance that he deems useful.
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the environment and make use of the rental in accordance with the destination of the premises.

Under no circumstances may additional people be accepted to the maximum capacity indicated on booking. Any violation of this clause would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the money of the rental remaining definitively acquired by the owner.
The entire establishment is NON-SMOKING. Ashtrays outside are reserved for this purpose.
The enclosure of the Ferme de l’Oudon is strictly reserved for residents.

Article 9: Price, payment and terms of payment

The prices of our products and/or services are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Applicable taxes will be indicated on the invoice. All orders regardless of their origins are payable exclusively in euros. Prices are set by LA FERME DE l’OUDON, and can therefore be modified at any time. The products and/or services are always invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the order.
Payment is made by credit card, cash or ancv The price offered must be paid automatically on arrival by one of these means of payment. The customer agrees to pay the full price and charges relating to the product purchased, including taxes. The reservation of any rental on our website is made by credit card payable in euros.
