Our spa is a space entirely dedicated to well-being and serenity. Access is included with every accommodation booking (Guest House****, Room, or Suite).
The heated indoor pool, infrared sauna, and herbal tea room are available daily for a moment of escape and relaxation.
Access to our spa is exclusively reserved for guests of La Ferme De L’Oudon.
SPA Amenties
The use of the pool, infrared sauna and tea room is included with the rental of all our accommodations. Guests wishing to enjoy the Spa will think of bringing their own towel and swimwear. Cloakroom with WC and Shower are at your disposal.
The Swimming Pool
Summer and winter enjoy our indoor swimming pool We draw the attention of our kind guests to the fact that our swimming pool is heated all year round to a temperature of 26°c but remains cool. Our swimming pool is in fact not equipped to be heated to high temperatures (+ 30°) which could make it lukewarm as can be the case in some SPA Resorts. It remains constantly heated to the classic temperature of municipal swimming pools. The pool measures 8m x 4m with a depth ranging from 1m to 1m40.
The infrared sauna
The sauna provides multiple benefits to your body and mind.
Its action helps eliminate toxins while relieving muscle tension.
With a temperature around 50 ° C (compared to 70 ° C for traditional saunas), our infrared sauna is ideal for people sensitive to heat.
