General info

RESTORATION

What type of catering is offered on site?

We offer a catering service for the evening only, in the form of a tray directly delivered to your accommodation around 8 p.m.

Our Chef offers 2 options to choose from:

  • The “Terroir Dinner” with starter + casserole to share + cheese + dessert at the price of € 36 / person.
  • The “Normandy Dinner Board” composed mainly of cold meats and local cheeses at a rate of 25 € / person

This service is subject to availability and upon reservation at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I request a menu adapted to a special diet?

Being classified “Houses & Bed and Breakfast”, we are required to offer a unique menu to all our guests. We are therefore unable to modify the Menu drawn up by the Chef.

How do you know the composition of the “Terroir Dinner”?

Our Chef elaborating his Menus according to the seasons and the products available, you can request it by email or by phone a few days before your arrival.

Is there a restaurant in La Ferme?

Being classified “Houses & Bed and Breakfast”, we do not have a restaurant for our customers.

BREAKFASTS

Are breakfasts included in the price of accommodation?

Breakfasts are included for any reservation of stay in Bed and Breakfast or Suite.
They are offered at an additional cost to the hosts of the Houses, at a rate of € 15 / adult (€ 10 / child under 12).

Where is breakfast taken?

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room in our “Winter Garden”.

Is it possible to request an “in-room” breakfast service?

Yes, it is possible to order a “room service” breakfast service.
This service must be reserved no later than 8 p.m. the day before.
This additional service costs € 20 per day for Bed and Breakfast and Suite customers.
Breakfast delivered to the Houses is € 20 per adult / day (€ 15 / child under 12).

What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.

What is included in the breakfast served in the winter garden / in the dining room?

It consists of different kinds of bread, pastries, eggs, verrines and other homemade products.

SPA

Does the reservation include access to the Spa?

Access to the Spa is included for all stay reservations.

What are the Spa hours?

The Spa is accessible to all guests from 10h to 19h in high season.

What does the Spa include?

Our Spa includes access to the indoor swimming pool, herbal tea and the infrared sauna.

How to benefit from access to the jacuzzi?

You just need to book one of our equipped accommodation: Blue Spa, Eden Spa or Spa Majorelle.

How to benefit from hammam access?

You just need to book our Blue Spa Suite, the only accommodation to be equipped with a hammam.

How to benefit from private access to the swimming pool (8 p.m. to 10 a.m.)?

You just need to book our Pool Suite.

How to benefit from access to the infrared sauna privately (8 p.m. to 10 a.m.)?

Just book our Eden Spa Suite.

WELLNESS CARE AND RESERVATION

What days are available for booking Treatments?
Treatments are available from Wednesday or Sunday.
When and how to book a treatment?
We offer special offers including two 30-minute treatments per stay. These offers can be booked online on our site.
If you wish to book another type of treatment, you can contact our Romanesque Practitioner directly at spa@fermedeloudon.com by formulating your request.
We advise you to book your treatments as soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance.
After this period, we cannot guarantee availability for one or more meetings during your stay.

What are the prices for Treatments?

Is it possible to book a “duo” treatment session?
No, because we do not have a duo cabin for this type of care.

How to pay for Well-being Treatments?
Well-being care services are subject to a separate payment, these will be payable during your stay by bank card or cash.
ANCV checks and holiday checks are not accepted.

LAUNDRY

Is linen provided for accommodation in a guest house (Le Pressoir, La Lagune, Le Spa Majorelle and Le Lavoir)?

Yes, bed linen and towels are provided for our House guests.

Is the bathroom linen provided for the accommodation in Bed and Breakfast and Suite?

Yes, towels are provided to our guests in the Rooms and Suites.

HOUSEWORK

Does housekeeping have to be cleaned on the day of departure (Le Pressoir, La Lagune, Le Spa Majorelle and Le Lavoir)?

Yes, we ask that the accommodation be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.

A “cleaning package” at a rate of 80 € and bookable in advance is available if you do not want to take care of cleaning at the end of the stay.

ANIMALS

What animals are visible at La Ferme?

You will be able to observe our farmyard with its rooster, its hens, its turkeys and its ducks.

Our dwarf goats, our Vietnamese pigs and our sheep will be delighted with your visit.

A little further, our shetland pony Nautilus and his friends Quetsche the ponette and Bernadette the donkey will wait for your caresses.

Without forgetting our cats Tarzan, Noe and Matichat that you will certainly see walking around in La Ferme.

Are there special activities with animals?

You can pet and feed the different animals.

Is it possible to enter the animal enclosure?

For security reasons it is not allowed to enter the interior of the animal pens or the henhouse.

Are pets accepted on the Farm?

We accept dogs for a fee of € 15 / day / animal. On the other hand, we want dogs to be constantly kept on a leash within the property and for their excrement to be collected. Similarly, the animal must in no case be left alone in the accommodation.

ACCESS, ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

What time are the arrivals?

The arrival for Bed and Breakfast and Suites is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The arrival for the guest houses is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

When and how to notify of my arrival?

Yes, we ask to be kept informed of your approximate arrival time in advance. This will allow us to make ourselves available to welcome you and give you the key to your accommodation.

Thank you for contacting us by phone about 30 minutes before your arrival at 02.31.20.31.81. We will then communicate the code allowing you to access the property.

Is it possible to request an early arrival?

It is not possible to request an early arrival.

Indeed, the time spent cleaning the previous tenants is limited and we must have the time to best prepare the accommodation for your arrival.

What to do in case of late arrival after 8pm?

We ask to be informed in advance by telephone on 02.31.20.31.81.

Is parking free of charge?

Yes, private parking is available on site free of charge.

What time should the accommodation be vacated on the day of departure?

Accommodation must be vacated by 11am maximum on the day of your departure.

CHILDREN

What accommodation is suitable for a family (with young children)?

Accommodation suitable for families (with young children) is: Le Pressoir, La Lagune and La Suite Piscine.

Are baby equipment provided?

We ask that parents bring their own cot and other equipment.

On the other hand, we have a high chair at your disposal in our breakfast room.
